Caritas Fan Club

Individuals/Organizations can join the Caritas Fan Club by making a contribution to the effort to provide a fan for those persons and families in need during this hot time of the year in the HOT (Heart of Texas). The contribution can be in the form of a fan(s) or cash ($25.00 is suggested) to purchase a fan(s).

Join our fantastic Caritas Fan Club. Bring us a fan. Fan out and search your garage, attic, basement and other storage areas for any kind of electric fan you can spare. Our clients will be very grateful. Caritas gets a special discount so, if you don't have a fan to give, please send money and we will stretch it when we purchase fans in bulk at local retailers. Each year you have contributed more money than is needed for the fans, so are using it to provide emergency utility assistance to clients in need. As of July 27, we had contributed about 120 fans to persons in our community. It's not too late to contribute, as it looks like the hot weather is going to continue for several more weeks, or maybe even a couple of months.
