DANCIN’ ON THE BRAZOS

The 2010 “Dancin” event will be held in May at Indian Springs Park and will once again feature a live concert/street dance from 7:00 to 9:00 p.m. 

The event is free to the public. Those attending are asked to bring a donation of non-perishable food and/or cash in support of the work of Caritas of Waco in providing emergency assistance to those in need.
 
We are hoping that through this event we can increase awareness not only of the work of Caritas but also of the underlying problems of hunger, poverty, and the need for emergency assistance in our community.

Here are the sponsorships that were available in 2009.

Name/Title Sponsor ($10,000)—provides basic underwriting for major expenses including entertainment, printing, mailing, and other significant costs
♦    Recognition in all television, radio and print advertising
♦    Prominent listing of sponsor name on all print materials
♦    Name of sponsor on large banner at Suspension Bridge site
♦    Numerous mentions made of sponsor during live concert
♦    Location for displaying and promoting your organization

Stage Sponsor ($3000) — covers expenses associated with the stage, sound and lighting
♦    Recognition in television, radio and print advertising
♦    Name of sponsor on banner at Suspension Bridge site
♦    Numerous mentions made of sponsor during live concert

Bridge Sponsor ($2000)—covers expenses associated with set-up for “Dancin’ on the Brazos”.
♦    Name of sponsor on banner at Suspension Bridge site
♦    Numerous mentions made of sponsor during live concert

Promotional Sponsor (two levels:  $500 and $250)—assists with costs associated with promoting the event in various media
♦    Sponsor name included in all event advertising

“Hunger Facts and Figures” Signage ($100 each—20 available)—18” x 24” coroplast signs that displays (1) an important fact about Caritas  and (2) the sponsor name placed in various locations at the event site—
