ANNUAL FEAST OF CARING EVENT
The next “Feast of Caring” event will be held on March 4, 2010 at the McLennan Community College Conference Center. The Feast of Caring is the key fundraising event for Caritas and is extremely important to the ongoing funding of our emergency assistance programs. It allows us to celebrate the work of Caritas in the company of people who promote and support our ministry of helping people in need.
The “Feast” is an evening that features a simple meal of bread and soup to help attendees empathize with the struggles of those who have serious needs in their lives.
This year’s guest speaker at the Feast of Caring will be Grant Teaff, former University of Baylor head football coach.
