Life can bring challenges that make it hard to stay on your feet. Our Community Support team works with you one-on-one to create a personalized plan, connect you with resources, and guide you toward stability.
Community Support services include:
- Workforce Development – Training opportunities, certifications, and skill-building to help you reach your career goals.
- Life Skills Training – Classes and resources to strengthen everyday skills like managing money, setting goals, and navigating community resources.
- Federal Benefits Assistance – Help applying for programs like SNAP, CHIP, Medicaid, Medicare, and TANF.
- Rental & Utility Assistance – Support to keep your home secure and essential services running.
