Long-term ImpactÂ
The Intensive Case Management program helps clients identify and address obstacles preventing them from being stable. Case managers assess, plan, implement, and monitor plans based on each client’s individual need. Clients enrolled in case management receive support and access to life-skills resources to help them become stable long-term.

- Vocational training, certifications and licenses, & educational materials
- Employment location assistance
- Job readiness training : resume preparation and *mock* interviews
- Housing assistance
- Childcare assistance
- Referral services
In addition to nutritious food through our pantry program, clients have access to (when inventory is available) diapers, toiletries, and feminine hygiene products. We also provide emergency financial assistance for rent/mortgage, utilities, transportation, clothing, household items, and prescriptions, when funds are available.
